SOMASOUL THERAPY "HEALTHY SPINE"
A specialized therapeutic class focused on spinal health, integrating principles of yoga therapy, functional movement, and somatic awareness. This session explores how the spine is affected by posture, lifestyle, movement patterns, and natural degenerative processes over time, and how conscious practice can restore support, mobility, and resilience.
The theoretical part provides a clear understanding of common spinal conditions, postural imbalances, and the mechanisms behind pain and dysfunction. We examine how habits of daily life - from sitting patterns to stress responses - shape the spine, and what can be done to prevent deterioration or support recovery.
The practical component offers a structured therapeutic sequence, including targeted asana, breathwork, and stabilization techniques designed to improve alignment, release unnecessary tension, and strengthen deep supportive musculature without overloading the system.
Participants will leave with a practical framework for building a safe and effective personal practice, as well as clear guidelines on how to modify group yoga classes to avoid aggravation and protect the spine if issues are already present.
SOMASOUL THERAPY "WOMEN'S REPRODUCTIVE SYSTEM"
A specialized class dedicated to the intelligence of the female body and the therapeutic potential of yoga in supporting reproductive health. This session brings together principles of yoga therapy, somatic awareness, and subtle energy work to address common imbalances and restore functional harmony.
The class includes a structured theoretical component in which we explore the physiology of the female reproductive system, the roots of common dysfunctions, and the roles of nervous system regulation, circulation, and energetic flow in both prevention and recovery. Particular attention is given to how stress, lifestyle, and disconnection from the body manifest as symptoms over time.
The practical part will include a sequence of therapeutic techniques—including asana, abdominal manipulation techniques, breathwork, and work with the pelvic floor muscles— aimed at improving pelvic circulation, balancing hormonal function, and restoring sensitivity and connection to the body.
The intention is not only to practice, but to understand. Each participant will leave with a clear, applicable framework for building a personal, sustainable practice to support her reproductive health — both as prevention and as a complementary approach alongside medical care.
SOMASOUL WORKSHOP “SHIVA & SHAKTI”
An immersive masterclass exploring the classical tantric process of self-realization: the recognition of Shiva (awareness) through the unfolding of Shakti (energy).
The practice is structured in blocks, each beginning with body-based work: including asana for hip and spine mobility, awareness of the intrinsic pelvic floor muscles, and release of the diaphragm, followed by breathwork. Through the coordinated integration of movement, breath, and attention, you will not only learn to stimulate and increase your energy (Shakti), but also consciously direct it.
Each block then transitions into a contemplative phase: a guided meditation drawn from the Vijnana Bhairava Tantra, one of the central texts of non-dual Shaiva Tantra. These practices are designed to support the direct recognition of awareness, often described as a meditative state of clarity, presence, and “oneness”.
You will be introduced to key principles of the tantric approach in a clear and accessible way. This workshop offers not only practical experience, but also a solid understanding that you can integrate into your own practice and spiritual path.
Will be especially beneficial for those who find it difficult to maintain focus in traditional seated meditation, experience low energy levels, or are interested in exploring the foundations of classical Tantra through a structured and embodied approach.
