What is SomaSoulTouch™?

A conversation with the body through touch.

SomaSoulTouch™ is an integrative bodywork practice based on the understanding that the body is an interconnected system. Rather than focusing only on where you feel discomfort, we explore the body as a whole — its structure, movement, organs, fascia, breath, nervous system, and energetic pathways.

Each session begins with an assessment to identify patterns of tension and imbalance. Using a combination of visceral and craniosacral techniques, abdominal vacuum therapy, meridian work, and energetic practices, I work with the body to create more space, mobility, and a sense of internal balance.

The intention is not to force the body to change, but to listen closely and support its own capacity to regulate and reorganize.

Hello! I am your therapist.

I have always been fascinated by the intelligence of the human body — how everything within us is interconnected and constantly communicating.

I like to think of the body as an orchestra. The organs, muscles, fascia, breath, nervous system and energy are not separate parts, but instruments playing together. When one falls out of rhythm, the whole system just does not “sound” well anymore.

This is at the heart of my approach. Rather than looking only at the place where discomfort appears, I try to understand the body as a whole — listening, observing and exploring the deeper connections behind what it is expressing.

SomaSoulTouch brings together my experience in yoga therapy, somatic work, visceral and craniosacral techniques, Shiatsu, Thai Yoga Massage and energy work. Different traditions, but one intention: to work with the body as the beautifully interconnected system that it is.

How this session will look like

Kinesiology
Assesment

Assessment through muscle response to identify patterns of imbalance and guide the course of work.

Abdominal
Vacuum Therapy

The gentle suction creates a lifting and decompressive effect, helping to soften and prepare the abdomen for visceral work.

Visceral
Therapy

Gentle, hands-on techniques are used to work with the abdominal organs and their surrounding tissues.

Craniosacral Therapy

Allows the body to slow down, supporting relaxation, nervous-system regulation, and integration of the session.

What People Are Saying

  • I came in mostly curious and didn’t really know what to expect. The work on my stomach was surprisingly intense and a bit uncomfortable at first, but afterwards I felt very light. The craniosacral part at the end was probably my favorite - I almost fell asleep. I felt really calm for the rest of the day.

    — Anna

  • I’ve had a lot of tension in my body for a long time, especially around my stomach and lower back. During the session I could actually feel things changing and moving. Hard to explain exactly, but something definitely shifted. I slept really well that night.

    — Daniel

  • I wasn't sure what to expect because I usually just get massage. This was much more specific. Ana was checking different areas and then working on my abdomen, organs, and later my head and spine. I felt very relaxed afterwards and also much more aware of my body.

    — Sophie

  • The session was very gentle but somehow went quite deep. There were moments when I felt like I wanted to breathe or sigh really deeply. At the end I felt a little emotional and very peaceful. I think my body just needed to slow down.

    Lucia

  • I’ve done quite a lot of bodywork, but this felt different. I liked that Ana didn't just follow a fixed routine. She was constantly checking and adapting to what she was finding. The abdominal vacuum was new for me and a little strange at first, but I really liked how my body felt afterwards.

    — Mark

  • I came to Ana because I had been struggling with bloating and indigestion for quite a while. My stomach often felt heavy and uncomfortable, especially after eating. I decided to do a course of 10 sessions. Gradually, I noticed that my digestion felt calmer, the bloating became much less frequent, and I no longer had that same heaviness after meals. For me, that was a huge change.
