This class focuses on grounding through the lower dantian, activating deep stabilizing muscles, cultivating internal energy flow, and restoring balance to the nervous system. Gentle spirals, wave-like movements, and guided breathing help unify body, breath, and awareness, creating a steady, centered state from which the whole practice unfolds.
