Axis 101: Spine, Posture & Energy

10 weeks working with the deep muscles, fascia, and the nervous system to rewrite bad habits around posture and restore mobility and energy.

You will learn the fundamentals of spinal anatomy, how the spine is structured, how it moves, and why it is the central pillar of the entire body. You will understand how poor posture develops over time, what it does to the muscles, fascia, joints, and nervous system, and why it drains your energy and affects your mood and organ function. Most importantly, you will learn how to correct it through a targeted system of simple, effective exercises you can do at home.
